Garver provides the tools, resources, and environment to develop leaders. From designing new infrastructure to volunteering our time and talents, Garver and its employees invest in the communities around us. Whether it’s within the company, professional organizations, or through volunteer opportunities, our staff are known as leaders in the community.
Established in 2015, Garver’s corporate giving arm, GarverGives, focuses our charitable contributions and encourages employee participation in supporting STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education at the K-12 and collegiate levels and being stewards in our local communities.
By being intentional with Garver’s charitable contributions, we hope to create a positive effect on our three key constituents—our communities, our clients, and our employees—to be recognized as a good corporate citizen.
Garver’s encouragement and support to improve my leadership skills through active involvement have led to valued experiences with the kansas and national society of professional engineers.Adam Stodola, PE Transportation Project Manager and former President of Kansas Society of Professional Engineers
