Garver has long been a one-stop shop for infrastructure projects and its new Alternative Project Delivery (APD) Group takes that strategy yet another step forward. The APD Group will support owners in the delivery of programs and projects using nontraditional contracting methods. This will position Garver as a trusted advisor to owners seeking to deliver projects through construction manager/general contractor (CMGC), design-build (DB), progressive design-build (PDB), and public-private partnerships (P3). The services provided by the APD Group will complement the broad spectrum of Garver’s other owner-side support services, resulting in expedited project delivery and enhanced quality.

In addition to providing alternative project delivery procurement services in support of the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), Garver is currently performing construction management support to ARDOT for its first DB and CMGC projects. Through the combined experience of the APD and Transportation Groups, along with extensive program management resources, Garver is prepared to provide a strategic approach to program development, procurement management, and contract administration using the delivery method that best fits each unique client and project.
