Making the most of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

On Nov. 15, 2021, the bipartisan $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) was signed into law. In this presentation, Garver provides a quick overview of the funding included in the IIJA bill like the Formula Funds, Discretionary Grants, and Earmarks. In addition, insight into how DOTs and municipalities can obtain discretionary grants to maximize funding from the legislation will be discussed.
