Everyone’s journey is unique, which is why our Wellness Team interacts directly with employees to craft a tailored wellness plan for every individual. To help them meet their goals, we offer resources like in-office fitness centers, an annual fun run, educational materials and podcasts, behavior-modification coaching programs, financial wellness services, mental health support, reimbursement of health monitoring devices (like Fitbits and Apple Watches), apps and healthy food delivery, Health Savings Accounts, and more.

To support employees’ financial fitness, Garver provides benefits from having sessions with a financial advisor to matching contributions toward retirement. Employees also have access to podcasts and other resources to learn about debt, budgeting, estate planning, investments, and more. Garver partners with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a confidential program that helps employees deal with life's challenges, to promote awareness about the importance of mental health, and offer resources for issues like stress, work/life balance, relationships, and substance abuse. SupportLinc provides professional counseling and expert referrals as well as articles, tip sheets, self-assessments, and videos. Mental health support is readily available whenever it is needed.

Incentivizing physical fitness

Garver offers a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) that allows employees to set aside money for discretionary spending. This means $300 in reimbursements on gym memberships, at-home gym equipment, and certain health-related items per employee, per calendar year. Employees can also earn up to $500 in additional Wellness Rewards dollars by completing activities on the Wellness Portal.
