Terrain Development for Hydraulic Modeling
PRESENTERS: Senior Transportation Project Manager Keith Quick, PE and Senior GIS Analyst Drew Moffitt, GISP
In this webinar, Garver discusses how different sources of topographic data were used to produce a composite terrain surface and shows how the composite surface was used for two-dimensional hydraulic modeling and scour analysis for a bridge replacement project over the Pearl River in Mississippi. Data sources include lidar, conventional surveys, and multi-beam bathymetric surveys.
