Garver’s Buildings Team is seeking a motivated student to join our team in Kansas City, MO as a BIM Intern for the Summer of 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the competitive consulting engineering industry while working alongside experienced professionals in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and facilities design.
Internship Highlights
- Collaborate with and learn from experienced BIM and facilities design professionals.
- Develop skills in facilities mechanical systems, BIM model creation and maintenance, and Scan-to-BIM (as-built modeling).
- Gain real-world experience in project workflows and processes in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in CAD/BIM, engineering, architecture, or a related field in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous internship or relevant professional experience is a plus.
