- Basic knowledge in Project Controls Methodologies.
- Development of periodic project controls reporting.
- Reviewing the project controls status (i.e. cost contract, WBS, schedule, resources, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling efforts on large and/or multiple projects.
- Reviewing baseline schedules for accuracy.
- Create Contract Time Determination schedules.
- Learn compliance/reports non-compliance.
- Attend meetings as needed.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Adhering to goals and timelines.
- Basic understanding of contract documents and the ability to learn to read and understand plans.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Minimal travel to project locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 3 years of experience with project scheduling
- Basic knowledge of EPPM and various other scheduling software, including learning web versions
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand and follow best practices for scheduling and reporting
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Associate’s degree in construction technology or construction management
- Knowledge in construction and contracting industry standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Knowledge of construction sequencing
