- Good knowledge in Project Controls Methodologies.
- Development of periodic project controls reporting.
- Reviewing the project controls status (i.e. cost contract, WBS, schedule, resources, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling efforts on large and/or multiple projects.
- Reviewing baseline schedules for accuracy.
- Create Contract Time Determination schedules.
- Learn to analyze claims/mitigation processes.
- Continue learning compliance/reports non-compliance.
- Identify and report scheduling metrics/risk issues.
- Attend meetings as needed.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Adhering to goals and timelines.
- Troubleshoot or identify issues.
- Good understanding of contract documents and the ability to learn to read and understand plans.
- Good knowledge in using various scheduling software
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7 to 10 years of experience with project scheduling
- Good knowledge of Primavera scheduling software (P6) and Microsoft Projects scheduling software
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
- Preferred Skills:
- Associate’s degree in construction technology or construction management
- Experience in the construction and contracting industry standards
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Good knowledge of construction sequencing
