- Manage the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery. This includes “owning” the document and communicating proposal needs to the team; maintaining internal draft deadlines; crafting and editing complex SF330 proposals; as well as performing quality control checks to ensure RFP requirements are met.
- Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and collaborate with the graphics team to create visually appealing marketing material.
- Work with technical staff to develop consistent content to carry over from statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations.
- Serve as a collaborative member of the Federal Team to maintain the central information database of custom-created content for use on future proposals.
- Participate in and represent Garver at annual national military conferences as needed.
- Assist the Federal Team in developing dynamic client presentations to win the job!
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Standard Form 330 (SF330) proposal development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
