Garver is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated student to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. This role provides exposure to the full lifecycle of recruiting and supports a variety of Talent Acquisition initiatives across our multi‑state footprint.
The intern will partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to support sourcing, recruiting operations, data and reporting, and employer brand efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruiting Support: Assist with candidate sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and other recruiting coordination needs.
- Employer brand & outreach: Support Talent Acquisition branding efforts, including social media content creation, recruitment events, and campus or community outreach initiatives.
- Data & reporting: Receive training on internal systems to support recruiting data, reporting, and analysis, including work in Excel.
- Program & project support: Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and special assignments as needed.
- Administrative & operational support: Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to represent the Garver brand professionally in person and virtually.
- Service‑minded, self‑motivated, highly organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Interest in recruiting, human resources, or talent strategy.
