Our experienced Human Resources team is seeking a Total Rewards Intern for a Summer 2026 internship in Rogers, AR. This intern will be mentored by our collaborative team and exposed to many aspects of the HR function such as Benefits, Compensation, Wellness, Safety, and overall company culture.
Internship Description:
- Assist Benefits team members with conducting new hire benefits calls, building business cases for program enhancements, and analyzing reports for trends and opportunities for employee education on our benefits
- Assist Wellness Manager with program support and coordination along with program data analysis and marketing
- Assist Safety Director with developing our national safety awareness month programming, communications, and successful measures
- Learn the HRIS System
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Benefit plans and covey value to employees.

Requirements:
- Must be actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – excel is primary importance

- Ability to work independently and on a team
