Garver is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist who is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and employee‑focused support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in onboarding, maintaining HR data integrity, supporting HR system processes, and ensuring consistent service delivery to employees and managers. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail‑oriented, fast‑moving environment and brings a proactive mindset to process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Support
- Manage the onboarding of new hires within the ADP system, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide responsive, high‑quality support to employees by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a strong employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain employee data across HR platforms, including processing personnel changes, conducting routine audits, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support HRIS initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities, assisting with system updates, and participating in testing for new features and enhancements.
- Follow established process workflows to maintain consistency and compliance in HR operations.
Process & Workflow Administration
- Manage the personnel action workflow in HR systems, ensuring timely routing, approvals, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in the review, design, and implementation of streamlined HR processes.
Employee Support & Communication
- Monitor the Human Resources inbox, responding to requests, resolving issues, or escalating as necessary.
- Complete employment verification requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with employees and leaders at all levels, maintaining a high level of customer service and confidentiality.
Additional Duties
- Assist with special projects and other HR‑related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Handle confidential information
- Critical thinking, data analysis and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
