- Maintain and audit employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness, including personal information, job classifications, compensation, and organizational structure
- Compile, analyze, and deliver workforce data reports to internal stakeholders
- Perform HR administrative processes related to employee lifecycle changes, including certifications, promotions, transfers, resignations, and terminations
- Prepare and present data findings to senior leadership, clearly communicating insights and business implications
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop recommendations that support employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Conduct routine and ad hoc data audits to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems and reporting structures
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, employment laws, and organizational policies.
- Support HR leadership with special projects, reporting needs, and process improvement initiatives

- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, HRIS, payroll, and employee management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
