- Managing, supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations and upgrades of Garver’s physical security systems, including access control devices, security cameras, emergency response alerts and other security processes/procedures implemented throughout Garver
- Management, installation, support, and maintenance of Garver’s Audio Visual systems and equipment.
- Provide I.T. infrastructure installs and support to all Garver offices.
- Provide project management and work on other projects as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task in an efficient manner and work well and communicate effectively on a team
- Experience installing, supporting and managing access control systems and security cameras.
- Ability to travel to other Garver offices as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with all teams and end-users.
- Project Management experience
- 3+ years of networking experience (LAN, WAN, Wireless)
- 3+ years working with network switches and routers
- Microsoft Active Directory experience
- Strong remote support experience
- Access control software experience
- Experience managing video management software for security cameras
- Audio Video system experience
