What You’ll Do:
As a Site Civil Project Engineer, you’ll be involved in a variety of design tasks, including:
- Developing and optimizing conveyance systems for treatment plant processes
- Creating detailed site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management designs
- Designing site access, paving, and distribution systems, including piping and pump stations
- Planning and evaluating collection systems, including interceptor and outfall piping

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or eligibility to take the FE exam
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline
- Familiarity with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with site layout or land development, utility piping, grading, drainage systems, and exposure to water and wastewater facilities
- Active involvement in professional organizations
