As part of a support team for Garver’s Water Design Centers, the Implementation Intern will be responsible for coordinating the processes and practices for the bidding and construction of complex Water and Wastewater treatment facility projects for the Water Business Line. Ability optimize the efficiency of construction support services with multi-discipline custom treatment plant design teams will allow this candidate the opportunity to play a significant role with sophisticated projects, collaborate with teams of designers and engineers and produce high-quality work in a rapidly growing business line.
What you’ll do:
The Implementation Intern will be responsible for:
- Support the water business line with tracking and routing project documents.
- Assist with workload tracking
- Review of documents required for federally funded projects (AIS and Certified payrolls).
- Research Assistance
- Support in the development of resources and training modules to improve quality of deliverables, improve efficiency, and catalog resources in a manner that allows for quick retrieval of information.
Due to the collaborative nature of coordination for large infrastructure projects, candidates must have the ability to seek out and resolve issues through close interaction with other project team members. In addition, the candidate shall be able to maintain a positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness to recruit, develop and maintain an efficient and productive implementation team.

Preferences
- Two (2) or more years of experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry (AEC)
- Proficient with MS Office products (Primarily Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with document management and construction management software.
