He'll join an expanding Water Technology Team that has won a Water Research Foundation project to develop an early detection of nitrification in chloraminated distribution system, a WateReuse Texas-funded research project on optimizing pretreatment and chemical selection for UV-AOP processes, and several peer-reviewed journal publications on the use of nanofiltration for the removal of emerging contaminants. The technology team has also collaborated with the National Science Foundation to partner with several university research centers and foundations.
