Crawford named to Airport Business's Top 40 Under 40
Aviation Team Leader Josh Crawford was recognized recently for his commitment and innovation displayed to the industry when he was named to Airport Business magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 List. Based in Garver’s Round Rock, Texas office, Crawford was chosen to join a group of leading thinkers and innovators impacting the country’s airports by one of the leading publications dedicated solely to covering the advancement of airfield technology.
Crawford, a licensed pilot, first joined Garver as an intern while attending the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. After serving clients out of Garver’s Fayetteville and Little Rock offices, he was instrumental in creating Garver’s first presence in central Texas. Since, he has improved the efficiency and safety for travelers by leading critical runway, taxiway, and facilities improvement projects at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Corpus Christi International Airport, Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport, and others.
“Our industry has its own unique community and whether we are engineering a project, managing airport operations, or developing a capital improvement plan, we are all unified under this banner of aviation with a shared goal of positively impacting the lives in our communities,” Crawford told Airport Business.
By appearing on the list, Crawford is among a select class of those “truly remarkable young professionals in the aviation industry who are transforming how North America moves,” said Joe Petrie, editor-in-chief of Airport Business.
