Marsch joins Garver’s Federal Team
As Vice President of Federal Services, Marsch will work with the USACE, NAVFAC, the U.S. Air Force, and others in fulfilling their mission-critical functions.
With the recent addition of Richard Marsch to Garver’s Federal Team, Garver is taking another big step forward in expanding services that address the unique aspects of federal and military A-E design projects.
Marsch, who will serve as Vice President of Federal Services, brings with him over 30 years of experience in the architectural, planning, and construction environment on virtually every facility type and delivery method utilized in the federal market. His extensive experience includes managing large programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force, Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), and the National Guard as well as multiple Federal Civilian agencies. At Garver, he will work with all federal agencies on projects across the country that fulfill mission-critical functions.

His experience ranges from small renovations and additions to design and construction of single programs in excess of $500 million through a variety of delivery methods. Marsch has managed teams from two to over 250 people across the country, overseas, and across all disciplines.
