Garver ranked No. 16 in ENR’s Texas & Louisiana region
Once again, Garver is rising up the ENR Texas & Louisiana’s annual Top Design Firms ranking, and this time it’s to a company-best No. 16.
Based on a five-state region comprising Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas, the annual ranking is determined by total design revenue tallied across those states.
In an accompanying article, ENR Texas & Louisiana also spotlighted several Garver projects from across the region, including improvements to the Dallas Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, new greenfield Wilbarger Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility for the City of Pflugerville, Texas, and the Ports to Plains Feasibility Study conducted for the Texas Department of Transportation. Together, those projects and more contributed to a healthy portfolio despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We were able to continue our successful growth across the region by remaining flexible under all circumstances and going above and beyond to respond to clients and meet them at their comfort level of dealing with the pandemic,” Jeff Sober, Garver’s Director of Water Services, told the magazine. “Our response was not a one size fits all, and that has led to revenue growth in the region over the last year.”
In past years, Garver has seen considerable growth across the region, a fact that has contributed to growth across all market sectors – and its status as a regular fixture on the ENR list. Currently, more than 800 Garver employees spread across the country are providing solutions for aviation, construction, facilities, federal, transportation, survey, water, and wastewater projects. And even though the magazine’s ranking is region-specific, such growth stretches well beyond the region, a fact that was spotlighted earlier this week when Garver was placed on the Zweig Group Hot Firm List.
“Our focus is on taking care of our employees, protecting our culture by being back in the office together and continuing to be nimble to respond to our clients’ needs,” Sober told the magazine.
