Garver Distribution System Water Quality Practice Leader Ashley Pifer, Ph.D., PE, is set to address water and wastewater professionals from across Texas during the 6th annual Eagle Pass Water and Wastewater Conference next week in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Pifer, who works with drinking water utilities from across the country to improve water quality and maintain regulatory compliance, will present on how various tools can be used to develop system-specific operations and maintenance procedures and identify capital improvements needed to improve distribution system water quality.
