In this role, Marshall drives business development for the Water Team, leading strategic initiatives and building stakeholder trust and financial support for projects that provide safe drinking water across the country.
She is passionate about increasing public understanding of the value of water and engineering and about being part of an industry that provides critical services to communities. Motivated by the purposeful work being done each day by the water industry, she regularly pursues professional development opportunities, such as WLI, that will help her improve as a water professional: “In graduating from the Water Leadership Institute, I hope to gain a better understanding of the challenges the water industry faces, and in turn, use that information to better serve my clients, my industry, and my community,” she said.
