Far-reaching planning
To develop a statewide training range master plan for the Iowa Army National Guard, Garver incorporated planning needs for live fire and non-live fire training ranges, support facilities, and utilities through fiscal year 2065. The master plan maximizes accessibility, availability, and capacity of ranges to support mobilization and deployments, while ensuring that ranges within each installation meet training requirements and offer appropriate facilities and infrastructure to maintain safe operations.
