The Conway Western Arterial Loop stretches almost 12 miles and alleviates traffic congestion in Conway, Arkansas by providing interstate access on the north and south sides of the city. The loop consists of a four-lane divided arterial with curb and gutter and sidewalks. Garver conducted the corridor and route location evaluations, planned and coordinated public involvement efforts, and completed the DEIS, FEIS, and ROD for the project, which included five bridge structures, four-lane non-divided sections, four-lane divided sections with raised medians, complex interchange, intersections, roundabout, and curb and gutter system.
