Bradley named Garver's People Services Leader

Erin Bradley has joined Garver as People Services Leader and will manage the company’s human resources efforts nationwide.     

With over two decades of human resources experience, Bradley brings broad industry knowledge, including engineering, manufacturing and construction. Bradley previously served as human resources director for a worldwide engineering and construction firm with 10,000 employees in 100 offices.  

“We are thrilled to have someone with Erin’s expertise to lead human resources for our growing company,” said Dan Williams, Garver president and CEO. “She brings a wealth of human resources knowledge specific to our industry.”

As Garver’s People Services Leader, Bradley will be responsible for managing Garver’s health and retirement benefit programs, recruitment, employee engagement, training and wellness initiatives.

Bradley will be based in Garver’s Overland Park, Kansas office managing a team of human resources professionals who serve more than 500 employees at 26 offices in 11 states.
