Morgan Purchell joins Garver Transportation in Georgia

Garver Transportation continues to expand in Georgia with the hire of Morgan Purchell, PE, as Senior Project Manager. Purchell’s range of experience, as well as more than two decades in the AEC industry, including more than a decade of leading transportation projects, make him an ideal fit for the role of Senior Project Manager. His arrival also positions Garver to better serve state, county, and municipal agencies working on the critical infrastructure projects that keep one of the nation’s largest transportation networks thriving.

A longtime Atlanta resident and graduate of Georgia Tech, Purchell is deeply familiar with area transportation infrastructure needs and challenges. He specializes in roadway projects, interstate and arterial jobs, intersection improvements, roundabouts, and bridge replacements. He also has experience with construction. As a licensed PE in six states, he has a similarly broad experience working with state, county, and municipal clients. But Atlanta has long been home.

“I’m pleased to have spent more than 10 years addressing the Atlanta region’s need for expanded infrastructure,” Purchell said. “I really enjoy what I do, and there is added satisfaction with projects close to home knowing the public, my neighbors, friends, and family will be benefiting for years to come.”

Purchell’s commitment to client service has been demonstrated throughout his career. It’s part of what makes him so effective at project management and delivery. “Client service means putting yourself in your clients’ shoes, listening to their needs, being a good steward of funding they’ve obtained, and understanding how to deliver quality projects on time,” he said.
