Mueller named AMP Top 100 Professional

Arkansas Money & Politics has named Transportation Team Leader Todd Mueller, PE, one of its 2026 Top 100 Professionals for his leadership in advancing transportation infrastructure across Arkansas and his commitment to serving communities throughout the state.

A lifelong Arkansan and graduate of the University of Arkansas, Mueller has spent his career helping shape transportation systems that will serve Arkansans for generations. As a Transportation Team Leader for Garver, he has managed many of the state's most significant infrastructure improvements, contributing to more than $1 billion in transportation construction projects.

His experience includes landmark projects such as the Springdale Northern Bypass, Baker Wills Parkway, and a feasibility study for the future I-30 Deck Park, all of which play a key role in improving connectivity, mobility, and safety for Arkansas communities.

Beyond project delivery, Mueller has been instrumental in fostering partnerships and helping secure funding that brings critical transportation investments to fruition. His collaborative approach has helped communities navigate complex challenges and move transformative projects from concept to construction.

"Todd embodies what it means to serve Arkansas through engineering," said Garver South Central Region Transportation Director John Cantabery, PE. "His technical expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment to improving communities have made a lasting impact across the state. This honor reflects both the quality of his work and the positive influence he has on those around him."

Mueller's influence extends well beyond transportation engineering. He currently serves as president and national delegate for the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers, where he was previously recognized as Young Engineer of the Year. He is also a member of the Arkansas Academy of Civil Engineering and the Order of the Engineer, organizations dedicated to advancing the profession and supporting the next generation of engineers.

Known throughout Garver as a dedicated mentor, Mueller invests significant time in developing young professionals and supporting engineering students. His commitment to service is equally evident in the community through his involvement with Mathcounts, the Quapaw Area Council of the Boy Scouts, and numerous charitable initiatives supported through GarverGives.

"Arkansas has provided incredible opportunities throughout my career, and it's been a privilege to contribute to projects that improve how people live, work, and move," Mueller said. "This recognition is really a reflection of the talented teams, clients, and partners I've had the privilege to work with over the years.”

From delivering transformative transportation projects to investing in the next generation of engineers, Mueller's influence continues to strengthen Arkansas today while helping shape its future.
