Garver business continuation plan

Garver understands the growing impact and concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), and the health and well-being of our people, our clients, and our communities will always be our top priority. Staying connected with our clients is extremely important to us now more than ever in this time of uncertainty.

In light of recent developments, we are taking proactive and preventative measures with business continuity and everyone’s well-being in mind.

  • Remote work ability. Our employees are equipped with the necessary technology tools to provide uninterrupted service from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Limiting face-to-face contact. While maintaining personal relationships with our clients remains integral to our services, we have asked our employees to temporarily limit all nonessential business travel, which includes most in-person client meetings. However, our employees remain available through phone, email, and various video conferencing programs if communication is desired.
  • Frequent internal communication. We’re constantly monitoring this developing situation and are relying on information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization when deciding how to proceed.

Despite the unprecedented circumstances, we want you to know you can count on Garver to continue the delivery of our services as we make these adjustments. We are committed to keeping our services valued and our word trusted during this time, just as we have for more than a century.

On behalf of everyone at Garver, we hope that you and your family stay well.
