Garver ranks No. 1 on Zweig Group's "Best Firm to Work For" list
Garver has long been praised for its workplace culture that includes a competitive pay structure and employee benefits, commitment to employees maintaining a work-life balance, and a leadership team that is responsive to employee feedback.
This year, thanks to those commitments, Garver was named No. 1 “Best Firm to Work For” in the multi-discipline category by the Zweig Group. The list recognizes outstanding workplaces at A-E consulting firms across the country based on benefits offered and employee satisfaction. It is the second time Garver has been named No. 1, and the fifth consecutive year it has ranked in the top three in the category.
“Our continued growth is proof of the trust our clients have in us to deliver solutions to their most challenging problems,” said Garver Chief Operations Officer Brock Hoskins. “And because our employees are responsible for developing that trust, our commitment to them will never waiver. We wouldn’t be here without them.”
Garver continued its growth over the last year by expanding further into Kansas with a second Wichita office, and the opening of a new Denver, Colorado office that helped its employee-count surpass 500 for the first time. Along with that growth, Garver has increased its commitments to employees, which includes a competitive benefits package that offers 401(k) matching, paid overtime and time off, and health care. Garver also offers two full-time Wellness coordinators, a gym or a gym fee reimbursement at every office, a flexible work schedule, and resources for professional development.
