Shaw named Garver’s Chief People Officer
John Shaw has joined Garver as Chief People Officer and will manage the company’s human resources efforts nationwide.
With almost three decades of human resources experience, Shaw brings broad knowledge from across the healthcare, banking, and construction industries. He also brings with him vast experience in talent acquisition, strong skills in building relationships that help drive business, and a passion for providing “best in class" services.
“Garver’s award-winning corporate culture is what drew me to the company. I’m proof that effective recruiting works. When a recruiter reached out to me, I almost thought it was too good to be true. I quickly realized, however, that there's a reason Garver is recognized for its workplace culture.”
