Garver opens new offices in Louisiana, Texas

For more than a century, Garver has maintained a commitment to communities in need of sound infrastructure designs. That commitment was recently enhanced by the opening of three new offices, all of which will aid Garver in its mission to provide communities across the country with solutions to the infrastructure problems they’re facing.

With the addition of offices in College Station, Texas; El Paso, Texas; and New Orleans, Garver now has more than 600 employees in 31 offices in 12 states providing designs for aviation, construction, facilities design, federal, power, transportation, survey, and water projects.

“We’re proud to work with communities that trust us to deliver the projects they need to continue to grow and prosper,” said Garver President Brock Hoskins. “We’ll continue to match the right people to these strategic markets as we evolve along with our valued clients.”

From College Station, a team of Garver experts will open a Texas Water Design Center in similar organization to the existing design center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It will consist of specialized engineers, designers, and technicians providing cost-efficient water and wastewater treatment designs.

From El Paso, West Texas Infrastructure Team Leader Marco Ramirez, PE, will partner with communities in West Texas to deliver innovative water projects. Ramirez, an El Paso native, will combine his water and wastewater infrastructure experience with the wide-ranging expertise of Garver personnel based in offices across the country. In addition, Garver’s El Paso office will allow the firm to better serve West Texas clients, such as the El Paso International Airport, with aviation planning, construction, federal, and transportation services.

From New Orleans, Environmental Project Manager April English will aid an expanded Transportation Planning and Environmental Team in serving local, state, and federal agencies on their custom-fit needs. The addition of Garver’s New Orleans office will also enhance the growth of its aviation practice and service to Louis Armstrong International Airport, New Orleans Lakefront Airport, and others in Louisiana.
