Garver welcomes Danielle Coughlin as Lumitracker Client Service Leader
As Lumitracker Client Service Leader, Danielle Coughlin will focus on helping organizations leverage Lumitracker.
When Danielle Coughlin learned about Lumitracker's unique approach to lighting asset management, she saw an opportunity to help grow a product unlike anything else on the market.
As Lumitracker Client Service Leader, she will focus on helping organizations leverage Lumitracker, Garver's innovative lighting asset management solution, to improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Lumitracker helps public and private entities collect, manage, and analyze lighting data, enabling owners to make informed decisions about their lighting infrastructure and asset management strategies.
Coughlin brings a decade of experience in sales, customer relationships, and technology solutions, having spent the past 10 years with Ford Motor Company in a variety of roles supporting dealerships, fleet operations, and commercial customers transitioning their fleets to EVs.
A graduate of Florida State University, Coughlin began her professional career with Ford through an internship that quickly developed into a full-time opportunity. During her tenure, she worked across multiple regions, including California, North Carolina, Texas, and Florida, developing extensive expertise in sales strategy, customer engagement, and business growth.
Those experiences helped her develop a consultative approach centered on understanding operational challenges and connecting customers with solutions that deliver measurable value.
"Danielle's experience helping customers solve operational challenges through technology, coupled with her talent for building trusted relationships, makes her an outstanding addition to our team," said Electrical Resiliency and Illumination Leader Bart Gilbreath, PE, LEED AP. "As Lumitracker continues to grow, her leadership and customer-focused approach will help us expand our reach and deliver even greater value to clients across the country."
That customer-focused mindset is one of the reasons Garver and Lumitracker stood out to her.
"What really attracted me to Garver was that Lumitracker is solving a challenge in a way that really isn't available elsewhere in the market,” said Coughlin. “I’m looking forward to working with our clients to help them understand the value Lumitracker can provide and supporting the continued growth of the product."
Now based in the Orlando, Florida area where she grew up, Coughlin is eager to help expand Lumitracker's reach and build lasting relationships with clients across the country.
As Lumitracker continues to gain momentum in the marketplace, Coughlin looks forward to helping more organizations discover how the technology can strengthen their asset management programs and improve the performance of their lighting systems.
