Wallace joins Garver’s Texas Transportation leadership team
Bringing depth and breadth of experience in the bridges and highway transportation design industry, Scott Wallace, PE, F.SEI, will lead a team of experts as Garver Senior Project Director.
In his 37 years in the transportation industry, there isn’t much that Scott Wallace hasn’t done. He’s led design, construction, contracting, the repair of bridges and transportation structures, as well as full highway and bridge projects. And he’s done it successfully, delivering high quality projects on time and on budget over and over again.
His distinguished career contains project highlights that include acting as the Manager of Projects for the client relationship on more than a dozen critical infrastructure projects benefitting transportation systems across the Lone Star State, like downtown feasibility studies, major highway reconstructions and expansions, and more.

Wallace, who has lived in Texas for 23 years, is excited for this time in Texas transportation industry history.
