Adams, Allison, and Wylie selected by ACEC Arkansas as emerging leaders

A new wave of young leaders is on the rise at Garver.

In a first, ACEC Arkansas chose three Garver stand-outs to be part of their most recent class of the Emerging Leaders Program.

Transportation Project Engineer Joe Adams, Aviation Project Manager Chase Allison, PE, and Transportation Project Manager Colton Wylie, PE, will join a select group of engineering professionals for the 2024-25 class. Over the six-session program, the three will develop the skillsets for future leadership opportunities and make valuable connections in the industry.

Adams, based in Rogers, has worked on a variety of projects for municipalities throughout Arkansas. His experience includes drainage improvements, multi-use trails, streetscape enhancements, intersection improvements, roundabouts, and new construction of roadways.

“Being part of this program will further enhance my skills, broaden my vision, and enable me to give back even more to my home state.”
