Garver will always have opportunities for hardworking employees

We recently established a presence in Phoenix, Arizona and are working to build a team in that region. This will bring our total office count to 17, spread out across 10 states. Garver is growing at a rapid, strategic pace, and we realize the importance of making a conscious effort to ensure our employees stay connected across the entire Garver footprint, in all our service markets. The preservation and proliferation of our unified Garver culture is what makes us strong. That culture engages our employees to provide the highest level of service to our clients and establish their trust, while attracting others to join us in doing so.

One of the ways we maintain our culture is to gather for an annual meeting, which we call Garver Summit. This year we brought approximately 250 employees to Frisco, Texas for two days of events where we shared information about our company, celebrated the friendships we've built within our company, and forged new ones that will hopefully last for decades to come.

I began working at Garver as an intern 27 years ago, and the leaders I worked for back then imparted to me that Garver would always have opportunities for hardworking employees, and that's still the case today. The satisfaction I got from seeing all of our hardworking, enthusiastic employees come together as one at Garver Summit 2015 was only matched by the satisfaction I got from seeing them disperse back to their respective offices ready to deliver that work ethic and enthusiasm to our clients.
