Garver's CE&I team improves project and expedites the schedule
The schedule for a road-widening project was headed off course because of a maintenance of traffic plan that prompted safety and scheduling concerns. Garver worked with the city, the contractor, and the Arkansas Department of Transportation to update the plan that allowed for the project to be completed ahead of schedule. Garver also recognized and corrected drainage issues that reduced flood potential, helping a road that services about 18,000 vehicles per day reach its potential with two added lanes, a turn lane, and sidewalks.
