This $85 million highway access improvement project added westbound and eastbound frontage roads on I-20, which are key to the revitalization of the Redbird Mall area.
Garver is providing PS&E services for this project that includes nine bridges, two of which are flyover frontage road bridges over the I-20/US 67 interchange. Included in the PS&E services are roadway, OpenRoads 3D Modeling, cross sections, H&H analysis, storm sewer plan and profiles, SW3P, retaining wall layouts, bridges, illumination, ITS, traffic signals, pavement markings and signage and traffic control plans.
