Garver is part of a team serving the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority on delivery of its Advancing Connecting Communities and Economies Safely Statewide (ACCESS) Program. The 15-year, $5 billion improvement and expansion program addresses ongoing highway infrastructure needs, including five major corridors, to improve access to communities across the entire turnpike system. Garver’s services include providing program controls, environmental support and design reviews for the entire ACCESS Program, and Corridor Management services for the Turner Turnpike Corridors.
