Working with funding and regulatory agencies for success
Garver worked with City of Bay City, Texas personnel to evaluate their wastewater treatment plant and water system. As part of these projects, Garver helped the City obtain funding through the Texas Water Development Board’s (TWDB’s) Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Programs. Our team was responsible for leading the application process with the TWDB from start to finish. This process included the completion and submission of the projects’ project information forms, applications, and all supporting documentation. Coordination with the City, the TWDB, and other external parties, such as the City’s financial advisor and bond counsel, was critical to the City ultimately being awarded $59.3 million total for both projects.
