Assisting with funding to gain the necessary capital
The project involved completing project information forms and funding applications to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund programs on behalf of the City of Terrell, Texas. Garver completed the applications for over $30 million worth of water and wastewater upgrades, and assisted the City with gathering required information, completing forms, calculating the impact of the projects, and coordinating with the TWDB on the City’s behalf. In addition, we filed a categorical exclusion request for the projects to mitigate the need for an extensive environmental impact study. The projects were successfully funded by the TWDB.
