Creating a performance plan for operational improvements
Garver provided a comprehensive performance evaluation of the existing Fort Sill Wastewater Treatment Plant and engineering services to help American Water develop a condition assessment of facilities at the treatment plant. We also created a performance plan for American Water to evaluate progress, measure results and monitor performance. The performance plan will identify operational improvements, resources, roles, responsibilities, and authorities, along with communication and operation control features that are required for proper implementation of the performance plan. The plan will include performance tracking software for the operators. This tool will allow better process control and a better understanding of what affects effluent quality. Lastly, the team will provide a classroom workshop on general approaches and principals of wastewater treatment.
