Haskell R. Street and Roberto R. Bustamante WWTPs
In anticipation of potential regulatory changes, Garver is leading a disinfection study at El Paso Water’s Haskell R. Street and Roberto R. Bustamante wastewater treatment plants that will examine chlorine gas-free disinfection alternatives. A thorough examination of the total life cycle costs of each alternative, combined with non-economic factors that impact each alternative, will help inform future El Paso Water plans for each facility.
