Preparing renewal applications for compliance
Searcy Water Utilities contracted Garver to assist with the preparation and submittal of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit renewal application for its wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Garver prepared a data request memorandum outlining the requirements of the NPDES permit application regarding analytical and flow data. This memorandum also included data requests regarding specific information about the WWTP and responsible personnel to be listed in the permit. Our team used the information gathered to complete all Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) forms required for the renewal process.
