Renewing TPDES permit on behalf of the City
The City of Sulphur Springs, Texas renewed its Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Discharge permit for its wastewater treatment plant. Garver prepared the draft application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), which involved a historical data review of influent and effluent parameters, and guided the City through significant industrial user (SIU) coordination and confirmation of the City’s technically based local limits (TBLLs). We assisted the City in coordinating effluent sample analyses that were required for the application and reviewed the draft permit before final acceptance.
