Three honored with Spirit of Garver Award
For over a century, Garver employees – across each service line and administrative support team – have continually served their clients and communities, making Garver the successful, innovative firm that it is today.
In recognition of those who exhibit an outstanding passion for their profession and dedication to the firm’s values, Garver annually presents the Spirit of Garver Award, its highest employee honor. Nominated by their colleagues, finalists are selected by a committee of company leaders. Winners are announced at Garver Summit, the company’s annual meeting, which was held virtually this year.
The 2020 winners are Aviation Electrical Leader Jared Parr, Transportation Project Engineer Ross Helliker, and Internal Communications Team Leader Sasha Cerrato.
Based in Garver’s Fayetteville, Arkansas office, Parr helps equip airports across the Garver footprint with the most current electrical and lighting technologies to serve communities in Arkansas and beyond. Most recently, Parr played a pivotal role in the electrical design for the Taxiway G project at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
From Garver’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office, Helliker serves clients throughout the state by designing a wide variety of inventive transportation solutions to keep communities connected. Helliker has been a key player in various intersection designs, directional and multi-level interchanges, and bridge rehabilitation projects for Oklahoma residents.
Cerrato, based in Garver’s North Little Rock office, oversees the firm’s internal communications, from internal email communications to managing the company’s SharePoint news sites. Cerrato partners with teams and initiatives across the company – including People Services and GarverGives – and is dedicated to keeping nearly 800 Garver employees spread across the United States informed and connected.
