Hoskins named a C-Suite Award Winner
Garver President and CEO Brock Hoskins has been named a 2021 C-Suite Award Winner by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal. Along with nine other corporate leaders selected from across Northwest Arkansas, Hoskins was recognized for both his commitment to the community and outstanding professional performance.
In accepting the award, Hoskins said he was most thankful for the people in Garver trusting him to act in their best interests.
Since joining Garver in 1990, Hoskins has served Garver in a variety of roles, from Design Engineer to Project Manager, and eventually serving as executive vice president and Chief Operating Officer before becoming president and CEO in 2019.
During his tenure as CEO, Hoskins has not only helped Garver rise on Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms list but has paid special attention to preserving those values which have earned Garver yearly recognition as a Best Firm to Work For in the A-E industry. In 2021, Garver was named a Best Firm to Work For for the eighth consecutive year, an honor which recognized the firm’s promotion of a healthy work-life balance, comprehensive Wellness Program, personal and professional development resources, competitive pay structure, and employee benefits.
In addition to his work at Garver, Hoskins was also selected for work in the community, notably as the founder of the Christian Orphan Fund, which over the past eight years has provided financial assistance for adoptions to more than 150 families.
