Seth Buchanan named to Journal Record’s Power List of Engineering Leaders

Garver Oklahoma Roadway Team Leader Seth Buchanan, PE, has been named to the Journal Record’s inaugural Power List of Engineering Leaders. The list honors leaders across Oklahoma who are making an impact in the engineering industry and the state’s infrastructure.  

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Buchanan has built a career dedicated to strengthening the communities he calls home.  

“I’m deeply honored to have been recognized among such impactful community and industry leaders,” said Buchanan. “I love Oklahoma and am continuously grateful for a career that serves as an outlet to support its success today and into the future.”

His expertise spans both roadway design and construction, with a portfolio ranging from rural highway widening to some of Oklahoma’s most complex urban interchanges. He’s had a hand in major projects including the I‑44/US‑75 Interchange, the Inner Dispersal Loop (IDL) in Tulsa, and in delivering the widening of the Turner Turnpike between Oklahoma City and Tulsa as part of the OTA’s ACCESS Oklahoma Program.
