In the 15 years that he’s worked at Garver, Bible, based in the firm's Denver office, has time and again shown this to be the case. He’s risen through the ranks to a position in which he now leads Garver’s efforts in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions to airports throughout Colorado and the West.

“To be included alongside this group of my aviation peers is truly an honor,” Bible said. “I look forward to continuing to work with airports across the region in delivering the most impactful infrastructure solutions.”

In the accompanying profile published by Airport Business, Bible recounts that his sights hadn’t been set on aviation when he graduated from the University of Arkansas. As soon as he started, though, he quickly saw the impact that aviation had on helping small communities.

In the years since, Bible has helped build infrastructure for airports across the country – on more than 70 airports in 10 states. These projects, including airfield pavement rehabilitations, new runways and taxiways, runway and taxiway extensions, hangar taxiways and aprons, airport roads, utility relocations, and more, have all given him an opportunity to work on airports that have ranged from local general aviation airports to major hubs.

“That Colin has been named to this elite group should come as no surprise,” said Garver Aviation Business Director Frank McIllwain, PE. “His commitment to strengthening the underlying ties of our nation’s aviation infrastructure is evident in every project that he approaches.”

His experience as an aviation engineer, Bible says, has allowed him an opportunity to work in all aspects of the engineering process, from grant funding through closing out projects, allowing him to ensure that an airport’s design is realized in the construction process.
