Garver launches Enterprise Solutions Team
Garver’s Enterprise Solutions Team will expand the tools necessary for streamlining and efficiently executing project processes.
Since its founding more than a century ago, Garver has prioritized responding to the needs of communities across the country as well as the infrastructure industry as a whole. That means delivering designs for new and improved highways, airport runways, water and wastewater treatment plants, and more, in addition to identifying the most creative and efficient ways to execute the full life cycle of those projects.
With that innovative spirit in mind, Garver is leveraging decades of experience and expertise to continue to provide the industry and agencies across the country with the services they need to deliver the most critical infrastructure solutions.
Garver’s Enterprise Solutions Team expands the necessary tools already developed by Garver across a variety of sectors, to streamline and more efficiently execute project processes from the planning stages all the way through construction. The team will be led by Director of Enterprise Solutions Jerry Holder, PE, who has more than 35 years of industry experience, including the last 10 years as Garver’s Director of Transportation. During that time, he has led major infrastructure projects for clients across the country, including program management projects in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas that total more than $20 billion.
“As we enter an unprecedented period for our industry, it is more important than ever that the tools needed to design, deliver, and maintain our critical infrastructure are available to communities and agencies nationwide."

Under Garver’s Enterprise Solutions umbrella will be services that help guide a project through every phase, including analyzing financial feasibility, identifying and implementing the right delivery method, scheduling assistance for complex infrastructure programs, the tools needed to preserve and manage capital assets, and more. These services will be provided by the most qualified engineers, business consultants, project managers, and industry professionals, all intent on creating the most innovative process improvements.
