Garver led the design of the civil airfield components of the reconstruction of parallel Taxiways A and C for San Marcos Regional Airport. Garver was responsible for the design of the reconstructed taxiways, which service the airport’s three runway system, and apron geometrics, pavement system, airfield drainage system, taxiway lighting upgrades, and electrical vault improvements. In addition, Garver also led the development of the Construction Safety and Phasing Plans and the Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis for the pavement reconstruction project.
